I was drawn to Healing Arts after having MY daughter to gain more tools for self-care & personal spiritual development. My transformative experience with Reiki & Breathwork has influenced me to FURTHER EXPLORE healing ARTS & OFFER ACCESSIBLE community care WITH OTHERS. My deepest intention is to support THOSE who are seeking balance, harmony & expansion in their lives. I’m eternally curious about the mind & body connection, the different ways we can heal ourselves, look inward and compassionately bring our hearts & bodies into wholeness.

ALL TEXTILE PIECES & OBJECTS ARE S L O W L Y CRAFTED AND A PERSONAL INQUIRY TO MY RELATIONSHIP WITH TIME. WORKING WITH MY HANDS IN THIS WAY IS MY LOVE LANGUAGE WHEN I CANNOT FULLY ARTICULATE OR COMMUNICATE. EACH PIECE IS INFUSED WITH LOVE, INTENTION & REFLECTS AN ONGOING EXPLORATION OF FLEXIBILITY, LEVITY, SELF REFLECTION AND PAUSE.
